About me

I’m a freelance journalist and researcher based in Toronto.

With expertise in social finance and public policy, I have bylines in The Economist, The New York Times, Thomson Reuters Foundation, Future of Good and various other publications.

My work also includes fellowships from New America, the Dart Center for Journalism & Trauma, and the international think tank OPEN.

Originally from London, I hold a BA in History from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Comparative Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
